Return Policy

Non-Returnable Items

  • Opened or used perfumes, cosmetics, and personal care products, for health and hygiene reasons.

  • Inspired (Similar) Fragrances that are made to order.

  • Food and dietary supplement products.

  • Custom-made or personalized products.

How to Start a Return

To request a return:

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your returned product:

  • We will notify you of the outcome of your return request.

  • If approved, the refund will be issued to your original payment method.

  • Refunds are typically processed within approximately 7 business days after approval.

Return Shipping

  • Return shipping costs are the customer's responsibility, unless the product is defective or an incorrect item was sent.

  • Returned products must be sent using a shipping carrier accepted by PerfumeDeal24.

Statutory Right of Withdrawal

Where applicable under EU consumer protection law, consumers may have a statutory 14-day right of withdrawal for online purchases.

Certain legal exceptions may apply, including sealed goods that are not suitable for return for health protection or hygiene reasons once unsealed.
